In France a couple of weeks ago, a teenage boy called Louis was beaten to death by 5 immigrants, who also filmed themselves doing it and posted it on antisocial media. They do things differently in France, and Louis's mother has publicly stated that 'Now is not the time for mourning, now is the time for war'. Good for her. The family is calling for a 'large mobilisation" in the town of Narbonne this Sunday.

In 2-tier UK she'd get locked up for saying that

Fact is if it was not for other cultures / foreigner front line medical Staff doctors / nurses and others there would be no NHS

Be that as it may but I was in there for 24 hrs and the A&E dept was absolutely rammed with patients

Never saw a non white person in the dept but the overwhelming majority of the front line staff were not

I had some thing like about 20 different members of the staff attending me at different times and the only white person was a German consultant and his female assistant

If you visit a maternity ward they are full of Eritrian and Pakistani mothers and their offspring. Its well under way. None speak english and every conversation is translated by an external company. These people are bleeding the NHS dry

Quite, if it weren't for the influx of immigrants the whole situation would be different, and the roles would be filled by native Brits.
Years ago, 1970s-80s motorway service areas were mainly staffed by oldish folks making a bit of pin money. After Schengen they disappeared, replaced by young Europeans. Don't know about nowadays, I don't use motorway services much. These things change, but it doesn't mean there was anything wrong previously.

Since 2019 I've had vast experience of the NHS from A&E to long stays.

From Cleaners - Surgeons.

Some absolutely wonderful kind people.
Some not so kind, and frankly shouldn't be in the business of looking after unwell people.

Some very good at their Job!
Some not so good at their job and frankly shouldn't be in the business of looking after unwell people.

Non of the above was down the colour of skin, race or religion.

What was apparent was:
Organisation
Systems
Laziness
Wastage

Communication was a major issue why the NHS struggles to work. Far to many people can not speak English to a degree that they should be able to when you are looking after people lifes.

Its essential that English is spoken clearly and understood.

Do you not think there is no Bias amoungst the Muslim populations of this country and around the world?

Isn't it human nature to be biased towards your own, to the point it turns in to a negative.

Nobody in their right mind could possibly like British muslims! Trillions of taxpayers' money has been given to them over decades and in recent years much PR campaigning and police-state style suppression of criticism, yet still they live in their tribal filth, speaking their own language, slowly spreading out. We don't want them and they don't want us - apart from our money. They are fine when in the Middle East, but Muslims should not be in Western countries.
