Andorra added to list of countries that require self-isolation

Not really worthy of a complete discussion on its own, but as I couldn't find a suitable discussion to tag it into......

Andorra has been added to the list of countries, from which travellers are required to self-isolate on arrival in UK.

Hmm, from which airport or port in Andorra would one depart?
There isn't one!

So cross the border to Spain and return to UK - self-isolate, or
cross the border to France and return to the UK - no need for self-isolation.

The same system that has remained unchanged since they stuck a lawyer in a room and told him to draw the borders for the partition of India with no real knowledge of the areas involved!
