I can't take a screenshot on my Samsung, Galaxy Tab2 10.1. I've tried the 'power + volume button' method but it just doesn't work. I've tried many combinations. One button first, buttons simultaneously, hold for 3 seconds etc.
I'd be grateful for any advice on how to overcome this problem.
Is there a new method I'm not aware of?

After much faffing about I've answered my own query. So for anyone else having a problem: the power and volume buttons must be pressed simultaneously but and this is the crux, it's the left side of the power button that must be pressed - not the middle as I was initially doing. Also it seems to work better if some volume is showing on the indicator. ie don't have the volume completely off.
