Hi there,
We have got an apparently unbranded (or at least I can't find a name for the brand) tap that is leaking.
It's leaking on the base of the riser (where the black washer and white plastic piece) seems to be.
I'm not quite sure how to fix it so thoughts welcome.
There is space for an allen key at the bottom of each of the individual taps (so I'm assuming a way to get the cartridges out). I can't seem to take the riser off itself.
Photo 3 shows the cold and hot water pipes coming in (far left of the photo). There appears to be an isolation valve on both (red and blue - note the washing machine is plugged into the cold tap). Maybe I'm doing something wrong as turning the blue to the same position as the red doesn't stop the flow of water into the tap.
There is also a separate tap as you will see in the last photo. That separate tap isn't the same as the tap to turn off the water to the whole house which is in another part of the cupboard.
Would like to try and sort this myself.....as you can see I am by no means an expert!
