Any Nest installers - M25 J9 Area

Anyone near me who can have a crack at fitting a Nest 3rd gen?

It was all looking good until I found a wire from my thermostat to my mid-position valve, so I'm not convinced swapping my 9400C with the Nest control is going to work. So I'd rather pay someone to do it.

Its a combi boiler with hard wired room stat, a mid-position valve.

sorry not a combi. confusing it with my other place : Worcester Greenstar Ri 15kW Heat Only

The mystery wire will probably be the HW off wire , a mid position valve needs this wire, other systems dont
