Wondering what you guys normally find to be the culprit for lockouts on the 24cdi?. I've got an lpg version that was playing up last winter and got electrodes, sensors and gas valve.....worked fine from march until now but is now starting to get morning lockouts again ie slow flashing radiator light. Do you reckon now we are on timed heating that the low rate may be causing a problem via the fan or aps?

Slow flashing ch light is a burner lockout so nothing to do with fan ,ap and hose (fast flash) .When you say sensors does that include the flame sensor if not its simpler to change then test (not less than 5 micro volts dc in series with 0.5mb flame established) if you have replaced it the only thing i can think of would be the gas govener locking up from the cold .Flame lift-off will give burner lockout but that would tend to leave traces such as burnt door seal.
