Anybody know what make of shower this is?

It's true, loads of companies do stuff like this (including Bathstore) but I reckon try Crosswater.
I know they do a recessed valve option which looks like that. Presume one arm is a thermostat and the other turns clockwise for shower flow and anticlockwise for the bath filler?
I think crosswater do a showerhead similar to that as well, but regardless it should be easy to exchange to another showerhead. Either the arm or the head should unscrew and loads of others will fit the same thread.
