Anyone for Planing ?

I have 11 1 metre waney edge Olive Wood boards that need planing on the tread side without damaging the bark as I am still left with some saw marks after sanding.

Do you reckon any carpenter or joiner would be interested and what would be a fair amount to pay ?

Joiner with a shop should be able to do that. TBH if you were to trim the straight edge with a circular saw, batten and cramps (or better a rail saw) then finish with a hand plane or even sanding you could do it yourself
