No no no no no
Power washing is a bad idea and you could use some kind of moss and algi killer but it will grow back ,it's inevitable that moss will grow back which makes it all a false economy.

your cleaning company will have a lot of issues with aspestos tiles if over 15 years old. Very fragile. Treat with moss killer and leave alone.
