aqualisa aquarian valve letting by.

Thought i'd ask this in the open forum, got a cust with a aqualisa aquarian shower thats letting by, doesn't look like it has a service kit.
Was wondering if any one has had success taking the cartridge apart and replacing the o-rings or is it new cartridge time?
