Aqualisa Midas 100 thermostatic baths shower mixer issues.

Currently my hot water runs fine from all taps in the house. However in the family bathroom which is fitted with an aqualisa Midas 100 thermostatic bath shower mixer runs cool when selected to bath mode yet fine when selected to shower mode? I've checked the flow and it's fine when selected thru the full range of temps in both bath and shower modes. Just a little puzzeled that the temp isnt stable when running a bath!
