Aquarius WD420 is pcb dead

Hi this looks a very use full site.

Got Hotpoint Aquarius Washer Dryer WD420 with F01 motor triac fault 4th light down on power flashing. Checked the motor and brushes all seam fine. Pulled the PCB out and could not see any heat or damage on board.
I would like to know
1. Does the water drain pump run all the time with this fault.
2. Would it still show the same fault when no water pressure is present at the machine.

If someone can confirm this I will look for a replacement PCB or Machine

Yes pcb is knacked. Your best bet for a recon pcb is emw in Nottingham.
