Hotpoint Aquarius WD420 All Lights Flashing

Hi,

I have a Hotpoint Aquarius Washer Dryer WD420, when I turn it on all the lights flash on the control panel.

This can last anything from 1 to 15 minutes, once they stop flashing I can use it as normal and everything appears to functions correctly.

Any idea's what the problem is? Hotpoint told me to turn it off at the plug for a minute to reset it but made no difference.

pcb on the way out , 3 choices scrap it .call hotpoint all in repair 100.00 or recon board from http://www.emwelec.co.uk/index.php?action=category&id=1 cost half the price .
