are these worktops possible to restore?

I am a DIY newbie. These worktops are badly damaged. I especially want to rescue the drainer and would love advice on how I can strip off the top layer and get the same colour as it is now when I oil and seal it and what to use (I thought Osmo clear). The other surfaces are much more problematic as they are thin veneer and already quite damaged, so it may be impossible to rescue them, but if anyone has any ideas please do share them - I would be very grateful!

Yes and I have watched them, but my question was whether it's possible to restore something as badly damaged as these are & advice on how best to proceed, given that the worktops are not solid wood and the drainer may need to be stained as well as treated with a top oil like Osmo.

Yes, it is possible.

Buy an orbital sander, buy sandpaper starting at 60 grit all the way to 180 grit maybe even 240 grit, buy an FFP3 Dust Mask actually buy a pack of 10.

Start at 60 grit to remove most of the finish, but don't spend to long on 60 grit then work through the grits. You'll have to use elbow grease on the drainer grooves.
