Hi, I have an old Arison Genius combi boilet but unfortunately we have no hot water, the heating is ok but thats all.
We cant get the part which is a 27mffi g-c no. 4711609 dhw heat exchanger. Can anyone help with knowing where we can purchase one.

we had to call out an emergency plumber who said this was what was needed

does the boiler make any attempt to light if you run a hot tap when the CH is turned off

Unfortunately you have not given the part number.

We have in stock three 990685 and one 998483 but I dont know if one of these is used in your boiler. Yours is a Genius whereas mine are for the Genus!

I dont see any reason why those parts should not be available any more. Have you called Parts Center.
