Hi Folks
Our under 2 yr old boiler Ariston Genus 28 HE has just stopped heating the rads up, still got hot water, but no heat from the rads at all even though the control unit says the boiler is on [little flame pulsing away]
The condensing bowl was full of water and sediment, I've just emptied it and put it back in place but it doesn't seem to have made a difference.
I've also turned the boiler off/on at the electrical powerpoint, again no difference at all. There are no fault codes showing on the display, and it could well be finger trouble at our end.
Any help from the pro's will be appreciated
