Atag controller

We moved into our bungalow a couple of days ago and I've not been able to configure the controller so that I can set up a schedule for water and heating.

I've tried Atag One and Atag Zone. I'm IT literate but the process just doesn't work. The One app tries 3 times (God knows why) and the Zone app just spins and nothing happens.

Can anyone help please as I don't really want to shell out for a new controller etc if possible
