Could be an iffy connection on the sensor, but I don't think they're the most robust.... I sorted one out for Leon on an old E series a while ago that was doing the same thing - but the installation was a mess and it was screwing up the hot water too.

Totally agree... when I put it up I thought it was a bit plastic-fantastic.

I've had a couple of Q series give false readings. Last one I just left it disconnected. custards in the U.K. don't have the right psychology to handle weather comp.

It's hard enough telling them that the condense and discharge are not overflow pipes
