i have a problem of very noisy boiler - on initial starting vibrates very loudly. gas engineer thought it was the gas valve (gas/air mix) - had this changed - although quiet for a few hours - the vibration is back. any ideas?

avanta plus 28c noisy start up/vibration

gas registered engineer. all readings came in normal range. was quiet straight after so thought problem was solved but on firing up from cold it vibrates very loudly.
