Awful noise from pipes

Hi, When I run a bath I get the most awful noise from the pipes seems to be from pipes going into loft and noise from the loft. Its when I run the hot and after a minute or so the noise starts and goes on for about a minute worried some damage might be done. Tried to record it today not that bad today might have known.

Probably a new float valve needed in the cold storage cistern in the loft.

Hi Nige, many thanks is this something I could do? Im a widowed mum and would like to save on a plumber, not afraid to go up in the loft.
