My kitchen floor is ceramic tiling, all except the corner where my fridge freezer stood, which is just concrete. I want to make the whole corner level but not sure how to go about it as I'm new at this. Would it be best to lay tiles, which I've nver done before or get a piece of wood cut to fit the area as no-one will be able to see it (it'd have to be something that would take the weight of the new fridge freezer). Any help appreciated as this has to be done by Monday!

You mean everywhere was tiled apart from under the fridge which is now lower than the rest of the floor, and you want to get it level. Why does it need levelling in that corner if another fridge is going there?

Well Deluks, good question! My kitchen was designed without a mm to spare so the ff had to be jammed in, the tiler couldn't get it out and so had to tile up to the appliance. We need a new ff so had to get a slimline one which is deeper and taller than the old one and so would lean if half on tiles and half on concrete. Thinking about it, it'd be quicker to chip off a bit of the existing tiles (I always think of the easiest option last!!) but could I do this neatly? I'm very enthusiastic but don't have the knowledge to back me up - it's very frustrating!
