Awkward Loft opening

Hi
I would like to replace my existing loft hatch which, at the moment is just a piece of board that you push up, with something that is hinged and drops down. The size of the opening is 650mmx650mm and I can’t seem to find anything online that would fit this size. I’m reluctant to change the size of the opening as the room in which the loft hatch is has just been decorated. Anyone got any ideas or point in the right direction is appreciated.

take the "door" jamb strips out, fit some hinges and a latch and move the 3 door jambs back a bit.

If £170 is above your budget, then my advice would be to leave it as it is.
