I want to make a copy of favourites from IE to a CD. I also want to make a copy of all my Email contacts to a CD.

I will be handing over my laptop in a couple of weeks to have windows reinstalled and I don't want to lose this information.

I know how to copy my important word, Excel and PP files to my external CD but not sure how to back up Favourites a Email contacts.

IE8 -- File : Import / export favourites etc.

Usually similar within email client - address book - account details - messages.
