IE FAVOURITES

I recently had a complete computer disaster which required a complete reinstall. My internet explorer favourites are sitting nicely in a favourites folder (backup copy). IE requires a Bookmarks.HTM file to reinstall but this is but this is only available after exporting favourites. Is there any way to convert my favourites folder to bookmarks.htm or alternately any way to import the favourites to internet explorer.

You should be able to just copy across the contents of the backup favourites folder into the one on your rebuilt computer.
