Have it serviced. 
Thanks for replying chaps , i now have a constant clicking noise unless i switch the isolator off , it seems to be the diverter valve clicking like a goodun also the water is running luke warm . Is this something i could change ! or should i pay grrrrrrrr . cheers Mark
