Roof area is approx. 250 sqm, simple dual pitch, 30 degrees, currently slated and most slates in good condition, gable walls extend up past the plane of the roof. I'm wondering what's a reasonable per-metre rate for a strip, felt, batten and re-slate replacing knackered ones in the north west?
Ballpark for re-slating, per sq metre?
