Balterley Shower

We have had a Balterley shower fitted recently and all was good at first.



The problem now is that the control handle for the thermostatic valve has worked loose. I can't see a way of tightening it. There are no screws that I can see.



Has anybody had this problem? Any ideas how to fix it? Here's hoping.

Maybe the handles unscrew allowing the cover to be pulled off????

Unscrew the metal rod that forms part of the knob! Then there should be a grub screw under it to remove knob.

Have removed the knob and tightened the valve and reassembled. Cheers.
