BAR pressure keeps dropping

Hi, once a week our boiler shuts down because BAR pressure keeps dropping. Im no heating expert (wall tiler) but took a guess on a leak. Found a rad with a leaking bleed valve, replaced but problem still there. Had boiler makers in yesterdayfor its 2nd year service, nothing wrong with boiler,engineer said you must have a leak. Now, all ceilings downstairs dry. The thought of pulling up the downstairs floor fills me with dread. Rear one third concreted.Engineer said you can get a seal that goes into system. Is this correct? Before i throw any money at this problem just need some advice from experts. Thanks in advance.
