Bathroom cabinet drawer removal

I can't work out how to remove a drawer beneath a basin, I wondered if the runner mechanism (pictured) might be the answer?

On my kitchens drawers I need to pull them all the way out and then lift up at the front. They then unhook.

As above , pull to limit and a sharp tug up and forwards should release, mechanism in pic is for adjustment.

Could this be a release lever, one on each side?
