Bathroom ceiling mouldy

We have 5 velux windows that were soaked. Black mould on wooden frames and rotting but they are now dry. Plan to paint them this summer.
We have 9 foot patio doors that run with water but are now dry..
Also mould in wardrobes although still a small amount at top corner.
We use dehumidifier to dry washing.
Humidity is around 50% which is fine for us.
When I was decorating private homes I encountered mould all the time. It's a big and growing problem.
