We moved into a new build and during the winter months we notice a pool of water every day under the extractor fan in the bathroom. It drips constantly.

One of the fans has stopped working. I believe that this is because of excess condensation.

I think the ducting is to blame. How do I prevent this please?

If you photograph the duct it might help.

You need to fix a condensation trap off the pipe which comes down from the roof vent if it’s vertical or put a p trap into the pipe ducting if it goes out off the loft horizontally through an outside wall . Ducting needs to be the insulated kind also if going through a cold loft
