I've got a bathroom towel rail which needs replacing.

The current one has pipe centres which are 420mm apart. Pipes come up from floor, vertically.

Does this mean I can only have a replacement radiator which has the same pipe centre distances (to avoid ripping up floor tiles, as the pipes come up from the floor)?

Any advice welcome, as I need to order new heated towel rail for plumber coming in a week or so to fit it.

Wasn't sure if there were clever options to accommodate wider radiator?

Thanks

You can have wider or narrower width rad , pipework can be altered above floor ,but will look like a dog's dinner !!
Better to replace like for like.

Thanks

How thick do brick walls have to be to run pipework into the wall? So that pipes don't show?
