BAXI 105E is it working like it should ?

HI when my boiler in in central heating mode and you turn the hot water on the central heating light goes off , but comes back on when you turn the hot water off ! is this normal ?

1 last thing i must ask if its ok , after my boiler heats up to the tempriture and clicks off it makes a little bang noise then vibrates for a second is this normal ?
