Baxi 105e safety thermostat activated when heating turned on

My boiler baxi 105e is playing up
Firstly hot water only gets called for when tap is on full then it knows it wants hot water and fires up (water is hot)
However I’ve just tried my heating and within seconds boiler has cut out, made a grinding noise and lights flashing are flame failure and safety thermostat activated
Is this an obvious fixable job,Or is it going to be a losing battle?

Check one of the heating valves under the boiler has not been turned off
