Hi,

I have a Baxi 80 HE Plus. Over the last few months, it has started to produce an Ignition Lockout fault.

Baxi fault finding suggest the following possible causes;
1) Gas supply problem
2) Condensate trap blocked or water on terminals?
3) Spark or flame detection probe damaged
4) Is spark gap between 3 & 4mm?
5) Is PCB to spark probe & flame detection probe OK?
6) Is the burner blocked or damaged?

Can someone tell me which is most likely to be the problem or where to start checking first?

Many thanks for your help!

Don't know yet.

The plan is to identify the most likely cause, then find a way to test it!

probably gonna get shot down for this but get an RGI in to have a look, its more than likly a cheap part which has failed, and wont cost you much. i would tell you which part but your obviously not qualified to fix it.
