Hi, I can see the advice given on this forum is invaluable and require a little expert know how.

I am currently in a rented accomodation and have just had a baby and am struggling with the heating to keep the place warm all day, I understand these temps are not normal for this time of year but as an example i am spending £5.00 a day on Gas to heat a normal size 2 bed house, my previous house had a combi boiler and cost no more than £80 a month to heat but i know these Baxi back boilers are pretty poor on efficinency as this is J rated <pretty old>

I want to replace the Landis RW2 programme module with a wireless Room stat, the one I have been looking at is a Honeywell CMT927, The landis currently controls the heating and water and is only a 2 progamme 7 day unit so the heating is either on or off.

Is it possible to replace the Landis with the Honeywell or similar wireless stat and how easy is it, the tank has a thermostat on it and the baxi has the low med high settings for hot water.

Any help will be gratefully recieved :)
