Hello. I hope someone can help me. My Baxi Bermuda W2 boiler stopped heating the water a while ago, so we have been relying on the electric immersion back up. Now the boiler has stopped heating the radiators too, so we need to get it fixed.
It makes a soft whirring noise, a little like the pump in a washing machine. I understand that it is most likely the pump in the boiler that has gone?
Please could someone tell me what the pump looks like and where it is? The back boiler is in the living room, and as it backs onto the wall adjacent to the kitchen, there are a few pipes and things in a cupboard in the kitchen. However, the cupboard that houses these things is full of stuff and I have a lot of stuff in front of the cupboard.
I'd like to know if I need to move all this stuff? Will the engineer need to get in there?? I have a new baby and very little time to do things. So I'd really appreciate if someone could tell me if it's necessary.
Many thanks in advance!
