hi, we have a Baxi Bermuda 551 back boiler (installed about 1970s) anyway its always been reliable and only thing to break was the gas valve which was replaced about 5 years ago. Over the last few months after the heating has been on for a while it makes a high pitched squeek once sometimes twice a day but only when CH is on. The performance hasnt dropped and it still works like is does normally. So just wondered if anyone knows what the squeek could be? thankyou.

In that case then,it could be the central heating pump. Noise starts when heating is on?,either that or boiler is kettling due to old age.
