Baxi boiler hot water issues

I have a problem with a hot water, central heating works perfectly. Boiler was fitted in 2003. Hot water only switches on if tap is open fully, also the hot water would not switch on in the kitchen. It works almost fine from the bathroom tap. If I switch the boiler off for approximately 30 second, than switch on again, the hot water switches on, even in the kitchen.
Any advices would be much appreciated.

Does your Baxi boiler have a white front cover?

Ah that narrows it down to only 40 or 50 models that it might be. So far so good. FFS

Surely you're not that thick as to expect a diagnosis without stating the MODEL!!!! of your boiler. Penny dropped yet?
