Baxi Boiler Low Pressure Hassle?

Ref our Baxi Combi Boiler Model "DUO-TEC 28 COMBI ErP" :-

Using attached diagram...
A)- Cant turn the left blue knob before i turn the right one.

B)- Yes I can bring the pressure up but it takes ages to do
and pressure drops every 3-4 hours.

C)- I suspect not being able to turn the left one is the reason?

D)- Anything I can do myself this weekend to alleviate the issue as
its a hassle and no boiler guys open weekend around this little
village today
