Hi
I have been advised that when the heating is off and boiler cold
The pressure should be just above 1 Bar
I noticed the other day that it was resting at just below 2 Bar so i drained some water from one of the rads and brought it down to just above 1
This stayed there for a couple of days and then rose again to just below 2 again
I have now drained some more from the rad and it is back at 1Bar
Is there a problem here only when i had the heating on last month i was getting a problem with water leaking from the Pressure relief valve overflow

See "Boiler pressure Problems" in the FAQs.
Try disconnecting the filling loop, if you can. Integral ones can be v diff.

Can also be secondary heat exchanger leaking internally.
