Baxi Combi 80e Central heating but no hot tap water.

Baxi Combi 80 Eco. roughly 10 years old
Central heating works fine. Lovely and warm.
The hot water does not.
When a tap is opened slightly, hot water will trickle out.
When the tap is opened fully, the water runs cold.
We have changed the diverter valve but the problem remains.
Any Ideas Please?

Who changed the diverter valve and why?

How much did the part cost?

Who diagnosed that as the problem?

Its possible the plate HE is seriously blocked but whatever it is it will need diagnosing properly unless you like spending money on unecessary parts!
