Hi everyone. The problem is with hot water. Heating is working just fine but hot water sometimes starts to work and then stops after 5-15sec, and sometimes doesn't even start. I've searched at this forum for some solutions and I found that it might be DIAPHRAGM. I hope it is coz its much cheaper then whole diverter valve. I am not a plumber but I am not to bad with the DIY stuff. Can you explain step by step how to do it and do I need any special tools please?

Have you got the manual?
It not exactly hard, but the step-by-step you're asking for, more than the manual says, could fill pages...

get diagnosis right...
Water off
take to bits
clean and grease
put new parts in right
put together
water on

Edit - now your pic works.... check the leak at the back of the pump as well.

I am sure if you search this forum you will find what you want.

It seems pointless for someone to have to repeat the same thing over so many times.

But some are retired and might have time to do it for you.

No you don't, just take the head off using the 2 grub screws situated behind the head on the neck
