Baxi Combi Instant 105e pressure problem

The problem is that the central heating pressure keeps rising in my boiler, even when its turned off. I've been told that its the expansion chamber, but my diagnositic booklet doesnt mention this part under these problems although it doesnt exactly solve my problem either.
 
Not likely to be the expansion vessel if problem persists even when boiler switched off.

Disconnect filling loop from system.(it should not be left connected anyway) If you still have over pressure problem then suspect the plate heat exchanger.
