Baxi 105e instant combi problem

Hi to you all
I have a problem with my Baxi 105e instant combi boiler.The problem is that when I have a shower or use the hot tap the radiators get warm.They also get warm when the boiler cuts in and out for the preheat function.Is this likely to be a diaphragm or is it somethig more.

Look at fault finding in your manual. Takes you to section M where you will see that the diverter valve head and pcb are more likely suspects.
