baxi instant 105e DHW problem

I have been having problems with my hot water to my mira shower(please see previous topic:Sat Feb 02, 2008 10:01 am ).
I have a baxi instant 105e combi and have noticed that when I get out of my tepid shower the radiators are hot.Does this mean that there is a diaphragm gone or something wrong with the diverter.
Any info greatly received
