Baxi Duo-Tec 28HE - Error 168

Hi All

Dreaded 168 error

Hot water on demand is fine and works all day

Time of year again when central heating is put back into use and all is not well

With the CH dial set to 50 to 60 degrees the boiler will kick in when the wall thermostat demands it but will then cut out after a few mins showing an 168 error

But if I turn the CH Temp control to 45 degrees it seems to be happy

Any clues much appreciated

Fitted loads. Did one on thursday, drove 15 miles to get board, put it in and still got E168 !!! Took board back and swapped it, fixed it. Moral of the story, make sure the seals intact on the box when you buy.

We never buy off the net though, so you might get a better price, but ya takes a chance.
