Baxi inset 2 back boiler short-cycling (Ed.)

Recently my baxi has started firing and then shutting down immediately.it repeats this process over and over again.strange thing is that it doesn't do it all the time.it happens on both hot water and heating cycles,,mainly heating.

Any ideas ???
