Hi i have a baxi lfe back bolier last winter we had prombels with a blocked f&e pipe british gas came and quated £850.00 for apower flush so i relpaced blocked pipe flushed all rads and heating ios now the best its been for years but for one thing the boiler is making a gurgling sound and bangs from time to time i added fernox boiler silencer this helped but there is still some noise so i plan to remove the heat exchanger and clean it out and clean the pipes that feed the bolier so my question is this, is the removal any easy job as i have no instructions for this boiler

Make sure its not just the boiler stat that has gone. Crud tends to get caught in spreader tee which can cause noise as opposed to heat ex
