central heating/hot water issue

I have a Baxi Bermuda 552 LFE back boiler. Having looked I have the old what was called "summer valves" instead of a motorised valve. I am having problems in winter as if i turn heating up my bath water is too hot. I wish to install a "Honeywell Timed Y Plan Installer Pack" Does anyone know is this possile with this type of heating stystem ??

if you'gonna go through that hassle, why not save a while longer and get a more efficent boiler set up to. or why not go combi?

How easy it will be depends on wheter your present system is fully pumped, or pumped heating and gravity hot water.
